How to fix BlockFi Login Issues?

Getting looped back to the Login screen after entering credentials:
If you’re being looped back to the Login screen in the app after entering your email address or password, it’s possible your phone’s default web browser is blocking cookies. These cookies are required for a successful login via the mobile app.
Please use the instructions below to ensure your web browser is NOT blocking all cookies.
1.    On your Android phone, open the Chrome app.
2.    At the top right, tap More
3.    Tap Settings.
4.    Tap Site Settings > Cookies.
5.    Turn Cookies ON.

Login button is not working or the app is crashing during the login process:
To troubleshoot these issues, please try the steps listed below. This will ensure your device’s cache is completely cleared and you’re using the latest version of the BlockFi app.
1.    Delete the app from your phone’s settings: Settings > Apps > App Info > BlockFi > Uninstall
2.    Shut your phone down completely and restart it
3.    Download the latest version of the mobile app from the Google Play Store
4.    Try logging in to the app again

Can I set up a business/corporate account? How?
Yes you certainly can! Business accounts require more documentation than individual accounts.
Open your business account through Blockfi login official site, and once submitted, a member from our compliance team will reach out with next steps. At the first screen you'll need to enter your personal Legal First/Last Name, but the second screen will prompt you to select Business Account!

Please note a few things below when opening your business account -
1. If blockfi login have an individual BlockFi account, a different email address must be used for your business account.
2. In the first stage of the onboarding process, you will enter your individual information and then be prompted to select 'Business' account where you will upload all necessary documents and business information.
3. Please kindly allow 5 to 10 business days after submission for our team to review!

How do I enable 2FA on my BlockFi account?

To enable 2FA on your BlockFi account, login to the client dashboard, click on your name at the top right of the screen, and select ‘Profile Settings’. Next, click the “Security” tab and navigate to the “Two-Factor Authentication” section. Click the “Enable 2FA” button to get started. Follow the step-by-step instructions to complete the process.
1.    Using the Google Authenticator app, please scan the following QR code or manually input the Authenticator token code.
2.    You will then see a 6 digit code in the Authenticator app, labeled as BlockFi, with your account email in parentheses. Google Authenticator will generate a 6-digit BlockFi verification code. A new code will generate every 30 seconds.
3.    Input the BlockFi verification code from the Authenticator app into the Enter One Time Code field.
4.    Click Next.
5.    Write down the recovery code that can be used to recover your 2FA login. Do not save this onto your computer. BlockFi can also reset your 2FA code if you ever lose access to your device.
6.    Click the check box that acknowledges you have saved the recovery code.
7.    Click continue and you are finished!
